The Easy Way To Make Money Online

“What is the easiest way to make money online?” is one of the most frequently asked questions I get.  In the past I’ve always said affiliate marketing.  Then I go on to tell people why I think affiliate marketing is the easiest way to make money online.  But I have to admit that there is Talentan easier way for most people to get started making money online.

From now on the answer to that question will be “selling your service” is the easiest way to make money online.  Here’s what I mean.  There are lots of websites that are set up for people to offer their services for sale online.  I have three favorites:

Just recently Elance and Odesk merged so they may become one site at some point.  At any rate all of these sites are set up so that you can register and offer your services and then someone hires you and you get paid.  Everyone has some skills or talents that the already have and can offer on at least one of these sites.

Maybe you are an ok writer so you can offer to write research or SEO articles.  You may have some programming or coding skills so you can offer that.  You may have some artistic talent or photography skills.  All of these are things that people will pay money for help and they come to these sites all the time looking to hire.

Personally I use Elance to buy articles.  I go to ODesk when I need to buy some programming work and I go to Fiverr for well …just about anything you can think of.  If you don’t think you have something that people would pay for go to right now.  Take a look at what people are offering.  Here is a picture of the home page as I’m writing this.

Look at the range of things being offered: Voice overs, photo editing, accordion player, face decal, paper flowers, buttons and tattoo messages!  Surely you have some talent to add to this list.  Plus you are only charging $5 so you don’t have to be great at it.

Personally, I don’t have any artistic talent as you can tell from this blog post.  But I like setting up websites and doing things like that.  So I posted a job that I would host a website and install a wordpress blog for $5 since I do that stuff already.  I just did it as a test for this post and I got two jobs already.

That’s $10/day and could happen 7 days a week. That adds up to the $50-$70 a week that so many of you have asked me to help you start making online.

So this really is the easiest way to make money online.  Go and sign up with these sites and offer your services.  You will get some jobs and start to make some cash yo can put back into your online business.

By the way if you want me to host your website and set up your blog for $5 I will.  Just let me know at  You will have to buy your own domain name but I can help with that as well.  Let me know.

Inbox Blueprint- Official Site

Inbox Blueprint Review and others have certainly noticed the increase in unemployment and the overall lack of any job stability in the traditional world.  However, the past few years have also seen a number of online marketers hit the skids.  Changes to Google, Facebook etc

Inbox Blueprint Review

Inbox Blueprint Review Loves Anik’s Videos

have all contributed to this.  However, it brings up the question of online job security.  Inbox Blueprint Review takes a look at one program that seems to be promising or at least promoting

Inbox Blueprint Review – What It’s About

Inbox Blueprint is a complete course from A-Z.  This Inbox Blueprint Review will just cover the major chapters.  However, through bonus materials our review noted that there is material for those who need help buying their first domain name, hosting and how to install a wordpress website etc.

Inbox Blueprint Outline

There are 8 major chapter to Inbox Blueprint in addition to a variety of Inbox bonus materials as discussed elsewhere:

  1. Addiction Meter
  2. The Bait
  3. TYP Method
  4. Email Machine
  5. List Relationship
  6. Payday Secrets
  7. Easy Traffic
  8. Unlimited Success

The course actually start at the beginning so Inbox newbies can even learn some great lessons about niches and how to pick them.  Anik has some great rules that you have to memorize so you’ll always know if you are dealing with a good niche or not.  The Bait is basically the opt-in page and basically outlines what will get you the most and best responses on your opt-in page.  How do you maximize signing up buyers.  The Inbox TYP method is priceless and in our opinion a real cornerstone and value of the Inbox Blueprint course.  It is all about how to set up your Thank You page. (Hint: Everyone is doing it wrong) The Inbox Email machine is all about autoresponders and how to set them up.  Then we get into your list relationship and the different types of emails you should be sending. (Hint:Don’t just send promotions everyday) It also covers how often you should be staying in contact with your list. Then we move into how to get people to buy.  What are the key things you need to do to bring someone along so that they develop trust in you and will buy from you.  Finally, Inbox Blueprint goes into the best forms of traffic for list building both paid and free.  Finally, Inbox Blueprint unlimited success talks about how to manage your business. You learn what to measure, what is important and what to do when you run into problems.

As mentioned above, Inbox Blueprint is a complete course and everything is covered in great detail.

Inbox Blueprint Review – What We Like

There are two major things that this review found very attractive and worth the price of admission.  The first thing and one of Anik’s favorites to is the Thank You Page strategy.  For those of us who already know about opt-in pages auto responders etc. this was a missing piece of the puzzle.  The Inbox Blueprint Review noted that the Thank You Page strategy will immediately bring increased profits to anyone building a list.

The second favorite thing for Inbox Blueprint Review is the detailed discussion about the different types of emails to send, when to send them and how to write them. It really opened our eyes to a completely new way to communicate with our list.  Again, this will reap huge dividends.

Inbox Blueprint Review – What We Didn’t Like

Anik is a great presenter and the videos with him at the white board are excellent.  Inbox Blueprint Review likes learning this way and there were places where we thought there could have been a little more video presentation. There is a lot of video but some chapters were more printed word.  Inbox Blueprint Review loves his videos so we would ask for more of those.

Inbox Blueprint Review – Overall Thoughts

Inbox review feels like this is one of those products that every serious online marketer has to have.  The fundamentals are so sound that you will always go back to this to review how you should talk to your list no matter what the niche.  Inbox Blueprint Review has purchased this product out of our own pocket and you can see our Inbox video walk-through here. Inbox really is one of the internet marketing classics.  Inbox Blueprint will be around for a long time if Anik let’s it out on the market place. Inbox should be one of those evergreen courses that you will be glad you bought even 5 years from now because you will still be using Inbox methods.

Online Job Security

As the chart shows the good news is that we are all living longer.  The bad news is that companies are not lasting very long.  This in not just about some entrepreneurial companies Company Ageeither.  Those are S&P 500 companies.  So a while back we were all going to live a little over 60 years but the company we worked for might be around for 75 years.

So you could get a job, work hard, stay with the company and retire.  But according to the data today we are going to live over 75 years but the company we work for might only be around for 15.  That means everyone will be changing jobs more often than ever.

A ton of people have already experienced this and that’s why they have turned to making a living online.  However, there have been some issues lately with job security online also.

That is because online marketing is largely dependent on traffic. Getting good traffic is increasingly competitive and expensive to get.  Sometimes it may feel like everything is conspiring against you. Particularly as it relates to Google.

The latest Panda, Penguin (insert your animal of choice here) updates have sent a number of online marketers reeling.  In addition, the cost of Google Adwords and the competition for Adsense have made online marketing a very precarious place if you don’t know what you are doing.

But it’s not just Google.  Everyone is looking at Facebook as the traffic savior right now.  So naturally as the competition for Facebook Traffic heats up the cost is going up.  Last year everyone was talking about how to get YouTube Traffic.  Now its Google Plus.  But everywhere you turn there are tons of competitors for your traffic.

What Is The Answer To Online Job Security

The only real answer to online job security is to have your own database of customers that you interact with.   As long as you have your own list of customers you can control your own destiny without worrying about the latest Google update or change to Facebook advertising policies.

I would not have been saying this a year ago.  I spend a lot of money on Google Adwords.  I also do a lot of SEO work despite the constant Google changes.  The truth is I still do these things.  But I’ve discovered that:

The real answer to online job security is having your own data base and doing e-mail marketing.

This is the only way you can really control your own destiny. You may use some of these other techniques to help build your database but the bottom line is your only ongoing guaranteed success is your e-mail marketing.

This might sound old school but if you really think about it, it makes sense.  Everything else you do to make money online is a variable.  E-mail marketing is the only thing you have complete control over.

So I would encourage everyone interested in making it online to work on growing your database and cultivating it. It will pay you dividends over time and may be a business you can leave to your kids.

I will be talking about this more in the coming days.

Let me know what you think and leave a message.

Affiliate Marketing Tips-Pet Peeve #1

I’ve been coaching soccer, little league and softball for years.   Of course coaching is all about Pet Peevepositive attitude and getting the most out of your players.  I love coaching and I love sports but  as a coach you develop a number of pet peeves over time.  Most are with the parents of your players, some with the refs and yes I admit I even have a few pet peeves with the kids.

I always make a point to tell the kids what my pet peeves are at the start of the season.  So for example, any of the older kids who play soccer for me know that if you take a corner kick you have to put the ball in play in front of the goal somewhere, anywhere.  It drives me crazy if you serve the ball and it goes out behind the touch line without anyone ever getting a chance to play it.

Well I also love affiliate marketing but I do have some pet peeves.  Right now my biggest pet peeve is with those long form sales videos.  They used to be long form sales pages but you had easy control over those and could scroll up and down the page however you wanted.

Now with video you are forced into watching everything sequentially and you don’t even know

Bring The Fresh

How Long Is This Going To Be?

how long its going to go on for.  Is the sales page 3 minutes, 5 minutes, 20 minutes or more? The problem is you don’t know.

And they don’t give you any controls for the video playback.  That drives me crazy.

Don’t get me wrong, I know why they do it. Those sales videos work.  If they didn’t work everyone would stop doing it.  That’s the beauty of this business. Everything is measurable and you can adapt accordingly.

Most people are probably ok with these long sales videos. But if you have a problem with them here are some affiliate marketing tips to help take care of this particular pet peeve.

First of all you should be using a Chrome or Firefox web browser. They are free and you can use the links below if you aren’t already using Chrome or Firefox.  Mozilla Firefox

Once you have the browser installed open it and go to:

It will provide the flash video downloader for your browser automatically.  Install it. Again this is free.  Once you install it you will see a little downward pointing arrow to the right of your search bar.  See below.

flash arrow

The little x at the bottom of the arrow lets you know that there is no video available on the web page you are viewing.  However, when you get to a page with video the little x will disappear and you can download the video on the webpage you are viewing.

So go to Bring The Fresh I am not associated with this product and I don’t know the owners. I’m sure they are good guys. They don’t tell you how long the video is but at least they do give you a control so you can go forward and backwards if you pause the video.  A lot of sales video don’t even give you this.

But if you want to get full control over this  go to Bring The Fresh and click on the downloader arrow you will see something that looks like this.

Bring The Fresh

Now you can download the video and open it on your desktop with the video player of your choice.  Since I’ve done this I can tell you that this video is 10:53 long.  That’s honestly not so bad compared to some sales videos.

So that’s how I deal with this particular affiliate marketing pet peeve of mine.

I’m sure you’ve got some pet peeves of your own.  Let me know and let’s see if we can figure out a way to fix them for you.
